$40 (CDN) per room/night non-refundable deposit is charged at time of booking.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival date are considered final and are fully charged upon booking.
The full amount is charged if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date. This will be refunded (less the deposit) if we are successful in re-booking the room(s).
We will accommodate some dietary preferences when we are notified upon booking.
We will not enter your room once you are checked in so if towels or linens need to be refreshed during your stay please give us permission to enter your room and we will take care of it.
For the benefit of other guests, as well as the early-rising owners, there is an 11:00 pm quiet time
If food is to be brought in, the dining room will be made available upon request
Our home is a Victorian home built in 1888 so guests need to be able to handle stairs. There are 17 stairs in total to reach the second floor where 3 of the guest rooms are located. The Crown room is up another set of stairs.
Our home is a smoke-free environment.
Regretfully, no pets allowed.
